Since the release of The Arcadia Deception, we’ve been receiving a growing number of emails, messages, and even a few late-night conspiracy charts about a curious detail in Chapter 61—specifically, a handwritten letter from Sam to Shane, which, as some of you have noticed, includes a series of odd letter groupings next to their names.
More than a few readers have also pointed out something… bold. Literally. A series of bolded letters that appear throughout the book—seemingly ordinary at first glance, but some are beginning to ask if there’s a pattern. Or a message. Or a trail.
Let’s just say this:
You’re not wrong to ask.
At this time, however, we can’t confirm anything further. The book is still in its early cycle, and we want to honor the experience of new readers. We’ve only just begun gathering feedback and mapping the conversations happening across forums, reading groups, and review threads.
But if you’ve noticed something strange…
If your inner Watchman has started compiling pages, timelines, or location grids…
If you’ve circled a passage twice and said, “Wait a second…”
You might want to keep going.
We encourage every reader to follow their instincts, trust the details, and never underestimate the power of what’s hidden in plain sight. The final solution—if there is one—may not be easy. But it could be valuable. In more ways than one.
We’ll say more when the time is right.
Until then: walk softly. Read closely. And never stop digging.
Still watching,
S.G. Potter

As I was reading this new release on Kindle, I just saw that there are some bold letters in several places, such as in Chapter 1, where the sixth word is “exist” and the letter “x” in that word is bold. I thought it was just a type until I saw that in Chapter 2, in the second paragraph, the letter “m” in the word “stream” is also bold. It seems like this is more than just a coincidence, and I am guessing there is some sort of meaning to them.
Anyone know what this is all about?
